We process the information you provide on the contact form to respond to your contact request and take appropriate action. Submitting the form requires at least your name and phone number, as we need this information to contact you. Providing other information is voluntary. We process the data based on your consent.

We retain the message sent through the contact form for as long as it takes to process and respond to the request, but no longer than three months. If the contact request relates to an existing client relationship, we process personal data as defined in the processing activities description for our clients.

The form is sent via a secure connection. Only those H&A Team administrative employees who have a justified reason to process this personal data due to their job description have access to the information. Access to the data is restricted by granting usage rights and passwords only to those who need them. We have trained our employees to follow the data protection plan, and they have signed a confidentiality agreement.

We use external service providers for the processing of personal data. This means that personal data may be transferred and processed outside the European Economic Area, such as in the United States. Our service providers comply with the EU’s standard contractual clauses to ensure that data transfers are GDPR-compliant and that the data protection rights of the data subjects are safeguarded.

Automatic decision-making is not utilized in processing the information.

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

  • To receive information about the processing of personal data
  • To access your data
  • To rectify information
  • To delete information by, for example, withdrawing your consent. In such a case we will delete the data, unless we have any other legal basis for processing it.
  • To restrict processing
  • To transfer data from one system to another, i.e., to request us to provide the information you have given us about yourself to a third party of your choice in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

If you feel that we are not complying with the applicable data protection legislation, you have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman. More information is available from the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.

  • the supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, if it is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.
